		<description><![CDATA[At first it sounds good...but with them notifying the US Coast Guard weren&#039;t they just picked up and returned to Cuba...to face however Cuba deals with &quot;escapees&quot;.  Is the Carnival ship a US Registry? Usually they are not...I wonder what the policy is about Cuba for the country they are registered in. Might have relations with Cuba and have had a different outcome for the refugees.]]></description>
